Arnold Goldberg Painter.
b. 1947, Munich, Germany. Immigrated to Israel in 1952.
Goldberg’s works are strong and vivid colors. His early works are neo classic techniques, influenced by his master teachers in the École des Beaux-Arts. His later works are huge expressive works, figurative, nude, landscape and abstracts. Goldberg's paintings are powerful and dramatic like stage set on which the objects are organized in an orderly manner just to be interrupted by a burst of colors. His styles very from impressionism to expressionism and Pop Art. Goldberg uses color, mixed techniques and different styles. He masters them all while working in many media including Tempera, gouaches, watercolors, oils, metal elements and sculptures, and most recently installed 3D elements to give his work multi dimensional expression. Goldberg's abstract paintings are expressive and strong. The aquarelles and figurative paintings show lyricism, tenderness and loving eye to mankind and nature.
